The Browns turned in their final cuts to the league at 4 p.m., but will not release names to the public until 7 p.m.

Coach Butch Davis asked for the extra time so he could talk to each player personally about the decisions.

"This is the worst day of the season for a coach," Davis said. "I hate it."

I think the Bills would of had to announce that to the public if they were going the same route.

If we don't get the cuts by 5pm I am going to go down to the stadium and make a scene.
