All four of these guys played for B'lo in 2001-2002 at least and were with B'lo longer than anyone else. All four of them were cut!!! :chuckle:

Man, the Bills have not had a good line since 1996.

I'd be happier with Conaty at C than I am with Teague to be honest.

Teague sucks.

I'm not going to condone the way the Line has played this preseason, because they have been pretty dreadful.

I will, however give them the benefit of being in a new system and as a lineman it takes time to learn stuff like that, esp since assignments can generally be very confusing with the way Defenses audible nowadays. I think it's a good sign that they have shown some improvement (how little it may be) in each game. However, these guys have been in these positions for most of their football careers and should have a general grasp of these types of things, therefore their performance tells me that this is not one of the more talented lines in the league (obviously by the way they've played). We'll just have to see how they play in week 1 and hope they keep improving.

I agree. I wouldnt mind having him back... to push Teague for center, and move teague to Right Tackle, bringing Mike Williams to guard.

I was kidding ... there are a few posters on this board that think anything wrong with the team is Butler's fault and TD just needs more time to clean up the issues.

I don't know a lot about this guy but how about Steve Sciullo. He was cut by the Colts, he was a 4th rounder in 2003 and started 12 or 13 games at RG for Indy. I'm just not sure how good he is.

Good idea actually. Teague used to be a tackle before coming here so it would be more natural. Conaty was nothing special but at this point I'd try anything to get that line better.
