Before the Pack released him I would have said Couch for sure. But if they'd rather have Doug Pederson as their main backup then that really says something about how they feel about Couch's potential.

If he can't beat out the 85-year-old Doug Pederson and a NFL Europe guy Craig Nall, he's useless.

I'm not saying Shane freaking Matthews is better than Couch as a QB, but he's a safer option as a backup QB. Plus, I've got unwashed underwear that smells better than Couch's attitude.

Doesn't matter, Matthews is on our roster and Couch is bagging grocery's at the Piggly Wiggly. We'll hear about him in like 5 years when he marries a bible beater and makes a 2 year comeback as a changed man.

I think the only way Couch will ever be of any value would be to leave the game for a year or two, ala Tommy Maddox, and get his head right. Selling insurance for a year or two would do wonders for his attitude.
