Bronco kicker Elam prepares for departure

Jason Elam will be making his final appearance on Monday Night Football in a Denver uniform when the Broncos host the Oakland Raiders at Invesco Field.

The 10-year veteran will test the free agent market at season's end, and Mike Shanahan doesn't plan on paying a placekicker $2 million to $3 million a year. Especially one who can't handle his own kickoff duties.

we don't need to overpay for a K.look for him to end up in san diego.the buthole likes to overpay his players and that'll be a dig towards denver since they're in the same division.
