Had my draft here last night

We had a new guy who picked first He was smart enough to pick Priest, but when it got back to him for rounds 2/3, he picked Vick and Favre. This triggered an insane QB run. I picked 4th, and by the time I got to the 4th round, I was one of the only guys without a QB. So I figured, well why pick a QB who sucks here, I might as well wait......

Also this was a 18 round draft where they require us to have 3 QB's, 4 RB's, 5 WR's, 2 K and 2 D's (only 2 wild cards). Very anal.

So:

QB: Palmer, Carr, Kitna
RB: Alexander, Henry, Griffen, McGahee, Bell
WR: Holt, Moulds, Jimmy Smith, Muhammad, Shockey, Reggie Williams
K: Andersen, Graham
D: Carolina, GB

So, without too much flaming, how did I do?

This is the draft with the Bear fans. They took all the Bears waaaaay too high. I think Thomas Jones was a 2nd round pick. Somebody even took the A train.

Unless they split time, then you lose out on both accounts. That was my concern. IF they get 60-40% of carries, neither may break 1000 yards.

I agree.

The way our league scores QB's is that they get 1 point for every completion, and -1 for every incompletion. +3 for a TD and -2 for an int. It's not uncommon for a QB to get a negative score. I was just looking for guys that don't hurt me. Carr had decent numbers in our league toward the end of last year, and Palmer certainly has the guys to throw to, but I don't have any sure things there.
