Does the talks with the Dolphins and Aikman scare anybody? Not me

The guy is washed up and has nothing left to offer. He should stay retired for his own good.

I don't believe it will happen anyway, it seems like they've had these "talks" a few times, but if it did does it scare you?

Sure he should do better than Ray Mucas(but who couldn't) but he is one hit away from being a vegetable. He needs to stay retired.

it would be a stupid move, by the time Aikman was in "game" shape, feidler will be back. Not to mention Aikman would piss off all of the Cowboys fans. how would you feel if Jimbo came out of retirement to become a Bungle??? or a Brown???

He would be nuts to come back into the league.
How many concussions does it take for this guy to realize
that he can't do it anymore.

Next time they carry him of the field it might be for good.

Where are you getting your info? Last I heard they were not planning on adding another QB.

Really? I knew the Phins were stupid, but this takes the cake.

The only thing that scares me is our own coaching and decision making. I don't think it will matter a hill of beans to us whether Miami uses Aikman or not. We struggled against Carr and even Harrington at times, Brady, Culpepper, Griese, and a few others. Aikman's neither here nor there. Miami's strength is running and defense. Aikman's role would be what it was in Dallas; Don't turn the ball over and provide a decent passing game. I'm sure he'd do that, at least better than Lucas has.

If we are to win our next game vs. Miami, we're gonna have to find a way to put more than 16 offensive points on the boards. That isn't going to win too many games this season and there's no excuse for this O not putting up at least 24 each week. The "bad-day" theory can be applied once or twice or against the top couple of Ds in the league maybe. But not against the Phins.
Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

                      Then let's go to Disneyworld!

They have been trying to land Aikman since last season and have never been able to get a deal done. Aikman want's to play with Norv Turner again and Miami needs another QB. Either way he won't be ready to play next week when they need him so what good is a deal with him?

The smartest thing Miami could do is get Dave Dickenson ready ASAP to get on the field. He ripped up the CFL, was a dominating QB at the Division I-AA level, and if I recall correctly was a 4.0 GPA Pre-Med major.

                          Smart guy.

He could be a CFL success story.
Argue like hell. Keep it clean. And when it's over, shake hands and root for our team!

The thing that concerns me about Aikman is that he might get put into a wheel chair or turned into a drooling moron with the right hit. He has a bit of a soft head, he ain't as solid as Jimbo.

I can see him up under center on a walker.

He'll have to have an extra couple of helmet shells just like Kazoo did for us years ago. Except his will have to be like three or four.

He'll look like a Peanuts character in a helmet! LOL

His head will weigh him down so that around corners he won't be able to lean to far or he'll fall over!

Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!
