Only behind Washington!

Well we’re actually behind Green Bay and Carolina also! Those guys haven’t allowed a single yard yet.

yeah I got screwed in my fantasy league- I have Baltimore and Buffalo, and I chose Baltimore. Next week, I'm definitely sticking with the Bills.

GW's D ?

Don't care who's D it is, it's a damn good D! Game reminded me of the 3 games following the bye last year. If your D only allows 13 points you should win everytime.

We couldve been #1 if not for the last drive

Yeah our defense definitely looked like number 2 on that last drive.

Give up 80 out of 221 yards in the last two minutes...that is painful.

thats everything...

the offense didn't play great...but in all fairness the offense gave the defense a chance to win the game...and the defense didn't do it...

i don't know how many times I've hard that a defense give the O a chance to win the game...the reverse is true here...

Sorry but in the NFL if you only give up 13 points you should win at least 90% of the time.

So they made some boneheaded plays on the last drive. They still played well enough to win. If not for the D's turnovers setting up easy points we would have lost 6-0 and there would have been no last drive

I agree that thats enough points to win...but to me the D just didn't get it done when they needed to...neither did the offense...

but its a game of back and forth...the jags d just made their big stand on the bills last drive and forced us to punt...our D didn't do the same thing

It's hard to pin a loss on a D that played that well for 58 minutes, but I'm in no mood to hear about them being #2 in the league. The Pats D looked like crap against Indy but they force two fumbles at the goal line and the key sack at the end. Being a great D is about making plays when they really matter.

amen. the #2 D in the league last year got us a 6-10 record.

I think you could argue that the D did make big plays when it mattered. The INT by Reese returned to the 3 yd. line was huge. If the O just punches it in for a TD that just about seals it. Throw in the missed FG and fumble at the 13 and that's 10 easy points we just dropped.

It's hard to pin this on the D. The Bills actually did a great job of shutting them down on the last drive, but those 4th down plays were huge and I think you have to give credit to the jags. Their players just made two great grabs.

I really think the TO's are what really cost us the game. With the time of possesion we had we should have won.
