    London Fletcher

The man is underrated. I love Spikes, don't get me wrong, but I think Fletcher is just as good.

Fletcher was laying some vicious hits yesterday... he was showing Spikes up.

          Why was Fletcher returning kicks?

He's on kick return as a blocker. They were short kicks.

Spikes is a better all around linebacker

Maybe we can get him in at QB?

Here's the thing ... Spikes could also be effective inside, I don't think Fletcher could be effective outside.

Fletcher is a beast. I swear he makes 6 tackles a game that i didn't notice.
He was my jersey of choice this year(away).
Spikes is the complete package but London has that Zach Thomas like ball magnet in his helmet.
I liek them both and refuse to pick one

the biggest differences between spikes and fletch are that fletcher is not good at all in pass coverage.. he gets beat consistently when matched up with a te.. where as that is a strong suit of spikes.. he rarely gets beat by a te.. and has the ability to cover some wrs underneath.

the other difference is speed. i think spikes is faster..

but on pure hitting ability, fletcher is right there, and i think fletcher is actually a better blitzer.

if i had to pick one though, i would take spikes in a heartbeat over fletcher.

We should just be thanking our lucky stars that we have both these guys....what would our D be like without them?

Fletcher is, in my opinion a better athlete because he can come close to Spikes' level of play with a little man's body. Takeo was blessed with all the physical tools, and knows how to use them...but Fletch had to work real hard and still does to stay at the same level...

Has anyone noticed that once again Mr. Posey is mostly invisible this year?
                          Again?

I think Fletcher was a very small part, of a very good Ram defense. Result: He gets a big payday from the Bills.

That being said, his play is pure heart. He's all over the field, and will do whatever it takes to lead. He's a 5' 10" wrecking ball, ala Zack Thomas. I actually like him better than Spikes because he's not always patting himself on the back after every tackle.

Wasn't that kick down to the five? It wasn't short from what I remember. But I did like the runback and how he knocked the one guy who tried to tackle him down.
