All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Maddox is out . Rothlesberger get's the start against the fins. Although, he may have a huge potential, he's facing a very solid D. Unless he's the next Dan MArino and the fins O is as bad as it was last Sunday , the fins could very well beat the Steelers at home.
With all the blitzing the Steelers do, I doubt our OL will be able to move the ball (based on the performance against the Bengals). Hopefully their rookie QB will make more mistakes than ours!
This game has "under" bet written all over it, but it'll take a miracle for the Phish to beat the Steelers for one reason and one reason only: the Phish are completely and totally one-dimensional, and that's being generous. They have no run game at all, so Pittsburgh can shut down the run easily, and go after Feeley. We saw what Feeley looks like under pressure. He threw two picks, but three more CLEAR picks were dropped by Cincy.
Pittsburgh DOES have a running game, which at least offers a bit of hope for play action. They have a chance to stay on the field longer than Miami's offense.
There is no question Miami's defense is extremely dominant...for three quarters. By the fourth quarter, if they aren't getting production from their own offense (i.e. see Sunday night game vs. Cincy)...they get easily fatigued and teams can drive down their throat in the final ten minutes of the game.
No way Cowher let's Wanny take this away from him.
Good beef jerkey could possibly be the perfect food.
