Favre for NFC & Bledsoe for AFC - Obviously they are not competing for the same QB slot.

Favre is leading the NFL in votes. Therefore, Bledsoe isn't leading the pro-bowl count like you said.

What does it matter if he gets the most votes in the entire ballot as long as he wins the starting position for the AFC team????
