Man I know we're playing like crap right now, but those last 5 look like they could be very winnable.

Those teams stink!!!!! Hell even if we're 5-6

And it looks like maybe Oakland and surely Jacksonville are better teams than they appeared to be. I'm gaining some hope back!

I'll throw in St. Louis to the not-so-great teams on our schedule.

I still think if we can pull out .500 in the first six games we have a good chance of making the playoffs.

Throw in Arizona and the Bengals too.

Sorry guys, but **** .500. This team was suppose to win us a playoff birth! I'm heavily disappointed this year.

No doubt. I figure it's .500 at worst. Maybe a few games more if the ball bounces in our direction for a change. It's a tight season for a lot of teams.

I wonder what fans of those teams are saying about having to play Buffalo at the end of their schedule?

8 teams in the AFC have 0 or 1 win!

Some bad football being played! If we can pull off the upset on Sunday we're right back in it.

Not saying were going to win those last 5, only that they are very winnable games! If we get hot at the end of the year and can get there at about 5-6 we could make a run! Can we win 5 games over the next 9 weeks? Who knows. Upset NE, beat Miami, Take Arizona, beat the Jets once, St Louis. Who knows!

This week's game is huge for Buffalo, it could be their season.

I saw a graphic while watching the Miami game last night, stating only 3 of 168 teams have made the playoffs since 1970 after starting the season 0-3. That is 1.79%.

History shows that your season is not lost at 0-2, as a decent number of teams have recovered from that kind of poor start to make a run at the playoffs. However, history also shows that 0-3 pretty much ends any shot at the playoffs.

This week's game against New England is a playoff game for Buffalo. They either turn their season around or end it.

I agree, this game is big for Buffalo. But a fun fact, one of those 3 teams was the 98 Bills team with Flutie!

And Bills were one of those teams to go 0-3 and then make playoffs.
Stats lie because the rules change (i.e. number of teams, how teams make playoffs, etc). Even if Bills lose I am not going to do a dive and say season is over unil we are mathimatically eliminated. Wade did that and deservedly got fired.

I admire your optimism, Patrick.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet either, like the majority seem to have done already.
