Zebra Challenge

Wouldn't it be nice to challenge a Ref? Myabe throw a black & white striped flag? How about just in the last 5 min's of each quarter? I don't mean coaches challenges with the red flag.
I'm talking about whistle blowing stupidity, that prevents coaches from challenging things, which has happened several times this year. What do you all think? Too complicated?
