    Prep football: Paup feels at home in Titletown

    Bryce Paup finally is happy. It’s not as if the former Green Bay Packers linebacker wasn’t content with his life before, it’s just he wasn’t able to appreciate it as much. At least not during an NFL career that took place over 11 seasons with four teams.

    No matter what he accomplished or how well he played, Paup never was satisfied. From season to season and play to play, he had an obsession to do better. While his drive helped him earn four trips to the Pro Bowl and the defensive player of the year award while with the Buffalo Bills in 1995, it offered him little chance to stop and enjoy what he was doing.
