Semipro owner gets Arena League team
Bills defensive tackle Sam Adams received good news Tuesday when he learned that his bid for an Arena League team was approved. Adams, who owns one of the nation's best semipro football teams, will be getting a franchise in the National Indoor Football League. The team will be based in Everett, Wa. Because the season is from March to August, Adams will be able to work with the team as a coach and not miss minicamps or training camp for the Bills. Really? I thought mini-camp way in May and June with training camp in July.
