    1972 Dolphins

    Went undefeated.

    33 years later....could they go 0-16?

    The possibillity does exist.

I'm drooling at the possibility, but I'd almost rather see them go 2-14 with both victories coming against the Pats.

Hate to rain on your parade but we haven't exactly knocked the doors of victory down this season yet, either...

I don't want to take anything away from going undefeated but did you know that the '72 Dolphins in the regular season beat a total of two teams that had a winning record. Both of their records were 8-6.

          I bet we don't go 0-16 though.

            Not going to happen.

You have a better chance of see the Pats go 16-0.

              Which they won't.

You have a better chance of seeing Tom Brady tongue kissing John Madden.

Have you heard the way Madden talks about Brady? I don't think either of them would really mind.

lmao- they tried it the other way around but they were afraid Madden's weight would break Brady's hip.

We should have won BOTH games that year. That's why this 17-0 stuff is so frustrating. I can still see Don Nottingham running up the middle on a draw play for 62 yards.

Hell, I am going to have to root for the Phins this week. I just hope WE win though.

The Jets will smoke the Phins this week like Ricky hitting the bong!!!
Miami-on the road to a perfect 0-16 season.

Everyone always brings up that the Phins didn't play a tough schedule. Well they also did it with a backup QB for most of the season. And the fact that to get to the Superbowl they had to beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh.

Apparently Home field advantage was on a rotating basis so a 14-0 team had to play on the road in the playoffs.
