    Predictions for the N.E./Chicago Game?

I know it's a tad bit late, but anyone have any predictions for the game?

I'll say N.E. easily in a 31-17 game. I suspect that Thomas will run well although not as well as opposing RBs did during the Pats' 4 game skid. 30 carries for 110 yards.

At least I get to watch the game as they broadcast it next to the Skins game, I think. At least according to the Washington Post. I'll believe it when it's on however. LOL
Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

      Let's hope so.

I'll step even further out than today's game however. I see the Pats winning 6 of their last 8 to finish 10-6.

probable, but I don't thinks so. We have seen all season teams have an unexepected stellar game then stumble later.

Yeah, but their schedule is a cakewalk.

            Home: Minnesota, Us, Jets, Miami

            Road: Chicago, Oakland, Detroit, Tennessee

The only of those teams IMO that may be better than .500 or so are Miami. N.E. is a better team than all of them except for possibly Miami when healthy, which they aren't right now w/ the key injury being Fiedler.

Who is QB for Chicago now? I was watching the tie and missed the beginning of this game.

Looks like Miller's in for the time being.

4th, indeed! 3 of the teams on their schedule already fit that description, and they get to play all of those teams this week and two of the next three weeks. By the time their last 4 games roll around, it's likely that 2 or 3 more of their opponents will be in the same boat. Besides, just b/c teams have nothing to play for does not mean they always lie down. In any case, the teams they play are not the toughest bunch in the league. If the Pats are any good at all, they should easily go 5-3 and should also have a good chance at 6 wins. I don't think the Pats are oustanding, but they are a 10-6 team or so that does "more with less" due to incredible coaching.

Bears 24/14...they're sticking a pin in NE's head and deflating their ego right now! lol Not only do they have one from the blowout on us, but I think it's in the back of their mind that the Bears killed them in the SB before. I think I was the only one around here cheering on the Bears that year!
