1. Game in, game out, Jerry Gray proves to me that he really doesn't know how to call a game. This defense never makes a stop in critical situations..(ie - End of half, end of game, freakin' 3rd down & 4th down)
2. Get Josh Reed off the field! This guy can't catch and doesn't make plays. I don't want any plays going his way, he's not a play maker and he hurts this team.
3. Mularkey has to, and I mean HAS to get control of this team. Too many backbreaking penalties. Show some emotion and get in a players face to show them that penalties (especially personal fouls) will not be tolerated.
4. Keep getting the ball to Moulds & Evans. Evans looks great and needs the ball thrown to him more...again we come back to getting Josh Reed off the field.
