    Plain and Simple

    Lack of preparation.

This offensive team continues to disappoint.

From Henry's mediocrity to Bledsoe's inconsistancy.

From a clumbsy OL to WR's running the wrong stinking routes.

When in the hell will this madness going to stop and this Bills offense going to get their heads out of their asses? They're playing like amateurs out there, and there is absolutely no room for amateurism in the NFL.

The Patriots are a perfect example of exceeding expectations. Dallas is another. The Bills are the PRIME example for falling short of them.

It's time for a real coach to put this crew in it's place. If that's benching Drew in one game for Mattews, then do it. If that's giving McGahee more touches than Henry -Do It! If they have to restructure the entire OL, well DO IT! Because whatever is in place now, simply does not work. Good coaches do not have a problem putting starters on the bench when they continually under perform. There are only 16 games in a season, and there is no time for BS. Mularkey needs to light a fire under this team or pack his bags.

    Where's the motivation?
    Where's the intensity?
    Where's the discipline?
    Where's the preparation?

I thought the motivation and intensity was there for the Bills. Obviously, the discipline and execution were not.

The Ralph was one hostile environment. If they could match that intensity for other teams, they are going to win some games. But sometimes the intensity got the best of them.

Yes, I agree. Great post. I wish Mularkey would just drop the hammer on these guys....Maybe Spikes could physically threaten some of them....They need something the bring out the best in them. There is no sense of urgency. No killer instinct.

All the stupid penalties didn't help.

There was a point yesterday we had 3 penalties IN A ROW.

            3rd and 1 - Offensive holding
3rd and 11 - Fault start Sam Adams
3rd and 16 - Fault start Josh Reed
            3rd and 21 - Incomplete pass
