Doubtful. Hess Villiage is a small strip of bars in downtown Hamilton where they have quite a patio scene. I've been down there on a fall night when you get a bunch of drunk college students looking for a fight. When you go to a bar there, quite often fights break out...it may be upscale, but it is still Hamilton.
