All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

The lack of concern for the fans shown by both sides, the league, owners, and players, shows how little they care about the fans and the game itself.
There is no movement being made whatsoever by either side. They are just sitting there doing nothing.
It's nothing short of amazing when you think of it.
And it proves that they as stupid as we all originally thought, which is why the game is in the place it's in right now anyways, which is nowhere.
And as the strike continues, and the fanbase dwindles more and more, not just because of disinterest, but of the disdain shown towards the fans, the game will be even less popular.
Which means less revenues, less TV money, lower ticket prices.
I guess what pisses me off the most, is that these guys are playing overseas for less money overall than they would make here.

The NHL should wipe the slate clean and start over.
I don't think they can do that...but it'd be a nice proposition. These high paid babies can twist in the wind for all I care. Start over. Thomas Vanek could be the next Gilbert Perreault..

Could Gilbert Perrault have succeeded under Ruff? I think not. Playing time cut and moved down to the third line for lack of defensive play.
But that arguement is for another time and another day.
