3rd down conversion will be critical.

Broken record but... the D on the first drive has stopped the Jets on 1st and 2nd for progressively less yards or even a sack, yet gives it all back by allowing the Jets to convert 3rd downs and keep drives alive. We dodged a bullet with offsetting penalties in the endzone.

It's not just one aspect of the D. No LB stayed home on the reverse. Where was coverage on several slants across the middle? Where was the safety on the deep route? Our secondary seems to be outmatched and outplayed every week.

As for the O, it is sustaining the first drive with the run. Nice job. Now, if Drew doesn't get bomb fever and go long, we might sustain something. As I write this though, Drew takes a sack trying one of his patented 12-step drops. Why not continue the run??????

    Yikes.

Just witnessed this death of the latest drive off of excellent field position inside the Jets 50. We are doomed on offense. This is a joke.
