Interesting point made about Gregg Williams...

WGR radio last week was talking about the offensive coaches. It appears, according to Paul Hamilton, that if Gregg Williams had fired Kevin Gilbride mid-season last year that he might have saved his own job. What do you think of that?

If Wade fired his buddy his job might've been saved.

I hope it never get's to "If Mularkey fired Clemens...."

The problem so far is not the asst. coordinators. It's the HC for taking them in the first place which points all the way to TD.

I never blame HCs for their choice of Coordinators...they are going to go with the guys they trust...usually lower assistants where they were employed previously.

Mularkey went into Pitt to clean up a mess left behind from Gilbride. He didn't do it over night as it took about a season to fix Pittsburgh.

It looks like it will take him a season to fix Buffalo.

It was my understanding that KG was a Donahoe guy, and I bet TD wouldn't have let GW fire him

He had Kordell playing like a Pro Bowler that first year, though
