    POLLOCK: Bills’ defense should share some blame

    Did you ever imagine this would happen? The Bills (0-4) and Dolphins (0-5) playing for the National Football League’s worst record and a shot at the No. 1 overall draft choice?
    That’s the scenario Sunday afternoon at “The Ralph.”
    Luckily — if you call it that — fans bought all the tickets before Labor Day, so this battle (?) of winless teams will be televised locally.
    But get this. Even if the Bills — one of the NFL’s two winless teams — go on to produce the league’s worst record, there will be no prize next April.

    I love the comment that the D has their hands in the 0-4 showing. And they do.



    There's truth to the saying Buffalo is a drinking town with a football problem, where a passionate fan base believes it has more answers than Ken Jennings on "Jeopardy."
