What's our cap room?

The salary cap page says that we're $5 mil under the cap. However, some people, when saying that the Bills aren't being cheap, say that we are right up against the cap and since we're against the cap you can't call them cheap.

I can find posts to support both views, but I don't mean this to be argumentative, I just want to clarify what our cap position is if anyone knows for sure (the cap page seems to be missing most of our rookies and still has Gildon on there).
