The problem is that the penalties are coming from different players. This has to be one of the most undisciplined group of players that I've ever seen. From the team leaders to the rookies there is just too much tolerance for making mistakes.

This team should be a lot better than it is. One of the reasons that it isn't is because they are so undisciplined and lax about making mistakes. MM needs to take this team to the woodshed and fine them heavily for making mistakes: penalties, missed blocks, blown coverages, etc.
