Wake the F**K up TD/MM and put Matthews in until JP is ready. Drew has become more than incompetent as a QB. He is now destroying the entire team with his lack of confidence. Better to have Matthews in there even if he doesn't do much better. Here's why.

With Matthews in there, the team can say "well, he's just a backup so we know things will get better." With Drew in there, they probably think "coaches still believe he can do it" and when he doesn't, the team loses confidence in the coaching as well.

I wonder though...I know eb/clump has done the numbers on it but I forgot how much we save by cutting Drew tomorrow. Thing is, I'm not even worried about the money at this point (I've been *****ing about his contract since Jan). What I'm more concerned with is the mental health of the rest of the team. Drew is really bad for that and Matthews will at the very least give them a breather.

That's not nice, FTG. I don't like seeing ANYONE get booed. You have to remember (well, no you don't, but...) everyone is some Mom's kid. They all try their best (well, most of them), and I'm sure Drew is trying - he's just not succeeding.

The entire offense sucked terribly today. You didnt watch the game if you think its all Drew Bledsoe's falut. Its just a easy scape goat to use him. The special teams did'nt do anything special today. And yea hey lets praise Moorman some more after 2 punts of not even 30 yards, wow hes so good. And to Matthews? Give me a break. Why play a quater back that has the arm strength of a High School QB when we have a usually good receivers to use. It just doesnt make sense to blame this on Bledsoe, Mike Williams also played terrible, like on the sack for a fumble, he got blown by, by a 2nd year man and made big mike look like big fat *****.
