In recent years there seems to be 4 teams that have a history of taking a player in free agency or drafting a player based on name and/or physical ability and could care less about attitude. Two of those teams are slowly trying to weed themselves of that image (Dallas and Miami). The other two are Washington and Oakland. Doesn't it figure one of them signed Washington.

I wouldn't say Dallas is trying to get rid of that image. The reason they got a lot of talented people in the draft is because they picked up guys whose stock dropped due to their reputations of questionable character.
