3-8-3 and being the worst team in the NHL is not a way to get fans to come to the games!! :madfire:

Darcy's quote about the Buffalo fans needing an education in small market team economics was the most condescending thing I ever heard a Buffalo sports guy say-

I'm sure he regrets it, particularly after the "education" we then received: the Adelphia debacle, the non-action in bettering the team, the disastrous start to this season. He really insulted us, though.

How many points does Gratton have? Is he on pace for 80, Judge?

From the Sabres web site:

C 77 Gratton, Chris 14 games; 4 goals; 10 assists; 14 points.

14 points in 14 games = an 80 point pace!

Can't wait for that beer you'll buy me Rude!

He'll slow down when he's demoted to the 4th line.

Keep dreamin'! Lindy finally noticed the guy can play!

My bet's looking as good as when I bet Ebeneezer the over-under for the Raiders would be over 75!

Lindy will get POed at him, put him on the 3rd line then wonder why he isn't scoring. Even though he'd be playing with guys that should be holding shovels, not hockey sticks.

It would be nice if the mother****er would play the whole damn game instead of waiting until there are only a few minutes left like he did Tuesday night!!!!!!!!!! He's always been a slacker, he's still a slacker, trade him now while the price is high!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can you trade the only guy who knows how to create offense on this team?

Most likely by a series of telephone calls.

If he knows so much, why are we last in the entire NHL?

If I recall last year after the Peca trade, Darcy said this is a very young team with a great nucleus. Give this team a year or two to gel and we will have a very competitive hockey team. Well it's over a year from now and we suck. He just did not say we would need to play in the ECHL to be competitive.

What do you want from him- he's got 14 points in 14 games?

I want him to play hard every minute he's on the ice........not just the last few minutes of the game. Granted, he's had some problems with his foot early this season, I'll give him that.
