Maybe they suck because it takes a few weeks to get used to the back-up quarterback. I think teams get into a rhythm with the starter and when he goes out, it takes time for the team to adjust to the back-up's style and speed.

I think Lucas has had enough time to adjust. It's been 3 games/4 weeks he's practicing and playing with the starters. No excuse if/when he loses the game to Baltimore this weekend. Maybe Fiedler will HAVE to come back sooner than he'd like. But then by that time, they'll have a hard time catching up with the rest of the division and will be left out of the playoffs.
