I eat more, I work out less, and I sit at a desk all day at work :mad:


plus I use food to help me feel better emotionally :ill:

Exactly! When you listen to Pumpkin Pat it's bound ot be a disaster! :fat: lol

Are you working out, Imbondz? Are you cutting back on sugary drinks/empty calories? Are you watching what you are eating, trying to eat healthy and in moderation? What changes have you made? Talk to us, maybe we can help you.:buddies:

Well there's your problem, Imbondz. You haven't made any healthy changes. You're not trying to eat better or cut out empty calories. And, you're not working out. Even if you didn't want to change your eating habits, which you should try to do anyway, at the very least you should be working out.

Here are a few small changes that can start you off on the right track:

1. After you eat, you should walk for 30 minutes.
2. Try not to eat after 7pm.
3. Instead of soda, have a glass of water or maybe a low calorie drink. Minute Maid has come out with light versions of lemondae, grapeade and punch that aren't too bad. Get a 16 ounce bottle of that and see if you like it.
4. When you go shopping, try not to buy a lot of unhealthy snacks. Instead get celery, carrots, fruit and some kinds of cereal. Dry cereal is a very good, healthy, filling snack. I am really hooked on sugar free pops. They only have 15 calories in them and I promise you, you can't tell they are sugar free. I absolutely love them! If you don't have unhealthy snack foods on hand, you'll be forced to eat healthy.
