    Yeah, it's all Wooley's fault

I remember Wooley scoring the first game against Dallas in the Cup in OT to give us a win.
I remember Wooley hardly playing the next season.
I remember Bob Boughner sitting half a year before getting traded.
    More of the same.
This coaching staff is like a bad buffet. No matter what you choose, everything sucks.
Good luck Jason, you deserve better.
Most likely, the hope is to clear his contract load because a trade is imminent.
At this point, I would package Varada and Zhitnik, and get a 4-5 million a year player with some substance. And oh yeah, throw a draft choice in there if needed.

Definitely time for a 3 for 1 deal.

Primeau, Sarich and Holzinger for Gratton.

Wrong. It's all Rob Johnson's fault.

When someone like Woolley gets released, it may be a message to the other players. Hopefully!

However, it IS time for a deal to change the composition of the team

I believe Geoff Sanderson has 9 goals already this year. Another quality offensive forward that was buried in the 3rd and 4rth line by Ruff, and chastised for lack of production and defensive work. Another X-Sabre flourishing in another system.
Unreal. I'm not making this stuff up.

When these guys still get full salary when waived it really is not that big a deal. If the threat of being out of work without pay was there these players would be playing better. I can wait until '04 when they shut the league down!
