Little Falls is about 30 to 40 miles from Cooperstown and the Baseball hall of fame

Well it is not going to be your average Motel 6 I guess. It said so in the artical. I think it is a great Idea. There are really no good (affordable) places to stay near the BBHF. It is mostly snobby (and pricey) B-n-Bs.
