Scary moment when MW went down- I was glad that the reports were positive when the game ended.

What happened to Pennington anyway? He was barely tapped on the play where he supposedly got injured. I wonder if it was just a bump that the Lewis used as a BS excuse to pull him without getting second-guessed by the media all week.

They showed a close up of Pennington on the side lines, and he had some sort of bandage/ice pack under his shirt on his throwing shoulder, so I think it may be a legit injury.

As for Big Mike, hopefully he'll be fine.

On the replay, it looked like Chad had one of his guys blocked into him on his right shoulder before he got tackled. It looked like the tackle was on the left side.

Unless he landed funny. Oh, what the hell do I know. We won!

And that's the important thing- especially since we don't have to play the Jets again this year.

I had bad flashbacks of Dennis Byrd when Williams was down. As a football fan injuries like that are awful. Godspeed to him and his family.
