Saying and doing are 2 different things...Keep that in mind until they announce who it will be.

Why would he say he wants it now? They will let Bates finish the season and bring in the successor in the offseason. No reason for Spurrier to admit anyting now.

I cant see him back in the NFL... If Joepa finally retires at Penn State he could end up there (the winter weather will hinder his golf game though )... I think he will go to a college program and build from the ground up. The expectation of the guy in the state of Florida is crazy ... it would be to difficult to coach under that type of pressure..
