We can't even comprehend how many galaxys are out there, let alone solar systems.

I don't believe that anyone on earth has ever really seen a UFO. However I do believe that there is life out there.

I wouldn't be surprised if we are the most advanced though

I picture planets similar to earth, with creatures similar to ours.

the reason I say that we are probably the most advanced is that there are millions (maybe billions, I don't know) of species of animals on this planet.

say for example that some planet has 400,000 different species on it. There is a good chance that none of them are more advanced than us.
