I have had an inquiry about trading with a team that appears dead. What is the protocol for such a thing, I have never had it happen before. Options are:

1)Allow trade to go through with vote of the remaining teams.
2)Do Nothing

Thoughts? I will leave the teams involved about this nameless, but it looks like a fairly even trade.

As long as the trade is fair AND the team is either truly dead or the owner speaks up and wants to trade, I see no reason to block it since the trade deadline has not passed yet.
