I like the coaching adjustments, too bad we don't have 2 weeks to prepare for every game

I would counter with why did it take them until week 11 to figure out where we had some gaping holes in our schemes? Are coaches in the salary cap? They needed a week off to figure this crap out they need more on staff or a new staff.
