With Gilbride here we should all come to love the pass b/c we're gonna live by it or die by it w/ Gilbride here. That's been his legacy to date in the NFL.

Let's get him out of here. With a back averaging 5ypc and he don't run the ball when we could have put the game away he deserves to be shown the door.

I think that's the single biggest move after getting rid of Gray that will help this team next season. Let's get an O.C. who knows how to run an offense w/ some balance.

Drew ain't gettin' any younger. He'd benefit immensely as well w/ such an O.C. Henry would be the man if he doesn't revert to his fumbling. He has very steadily improved over the course of this season. Something that I did not expect.

We have the talent on the offense, everywhere. I sure hope we don't squander it by poor coaching.

Keep GW I suppose. We don't want to turn over too much. Replace Gilbride and Gray. That alone is worth 4 games w/ anyone even remotely better than those two.

Get some D players! Man, I can smell a good season next year now....

Does TD need to make sure that GW is a huge liability and not simply a bad coach before he gets rid of him?

I don't know about that. I do know if he turns GW over he better have an experienced coach ready to take over. Any inexperienced guy sets us back two or three years and we are going to have a good team next season--TD is one guy who is doing his job in the talent department.

I have also been thinking about this. Bledsoe loves working with KG. KG is not going anywhere. We are screwed. Let's trade Henry for a receiver and a tight end and not use any backs.
