Seattle Seahawks receiver Koren Robinson was suspended without pay Monday for the next four games for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy. NFL career receiving leader Jerry Rice, who started and had three receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 win over Miami, will take over at Robinson's position.NFL career receiving leader Jerry Rice, who started and had three receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 win over Miami, will take over at Robinson's position. more (http://newslink.nandomedia.com/SportServer/football/nfl/story/n-9761746c.html)

This is a slight advantage to Bills in upcoming game in that they need time to adjust. I'll take every advantage I can.

We get to shut-down Rice twice this year.

Koren Robinson gone. Matt Hasselback back. The fact that Dilfer played QB versus Miami helped keep that game closer than it would have been. I think I would rather have faced Seattle with Robinson and without Hasselback, but them's the breaks.

What a waste of talent this guy has been. Everyone expects his breakout season in August but it still hasn't happened.

Well I guess that explains why he drops all those passes. :tired:

Koren was also benched vs. the Dolphins because he broke team rules. He really needs to grow up. Not to mention that Chad Brown is now out for 6 weeks. So the Hawks are now without their 2 starting OLBs (Simmons and Brown). Plus backup LB Tracy White is hurt. :fury:

I think we have a legit shot at this game. There D isn't spectacular by any means. Yes, they can run the ball with Alexander. But, I know we will shut him down somewhat. I think if we can put the game solely in Hasselbecks hands, without KRob to throw to, we can pretty much double cover DJax and I think we will be fine. Jerramy Stevens will not be us and I know Jerry Rice, the best ever, is too old to really put a dagger in our hearts. Hell, we shut him out already once this season.

If our D can continue with this new fire they have been playing with, we have a real shot at this game. We could be, like some of us said, 2-1 over the last 3 going into the softer part of our schedule. It still remains to be seen which Bledsoe shows up but I hope he just manages the game cause McGahee will be a key factor the rest of the way.

I wonder if DB will be amped, because of it kind of being a homecoming for him. I hope so.

Bills have trouble covering the TE. That's been a weakness they've had for at least 8 years.

just hope that we can now put up 35+ on them

Time to scoop up Mili or Stevens in my FFLs. :snicker:

Milloy also went to school for Washington. Plus Sam Adams used to play for the Seahawks.

If this game was in Buffalo there would be another Blowout but the Bills are a totally different team on the road.

Losing Robinson probably helps the Seahawks.

Nobody in Seattle is taking this game lightly. We are in must win mode.

Sam Adams also owns a minor league football there so you know there will be a vocal Adams segment.
