What player/coach/off-season moves are the most suprising and turned out the best for the value they were, or performed far past expectations?

I'd have to say Shelton is one. He's been a good blocker and is a pretty good pass catcher out of the backfield.

Special teams, depth in the secondary (this could have been a bigger didaster) , and the OL play the past month and a half for the most part
