If we would've traded Henry before the season

Some of us wanted this guy gone before the season and took cheap shots from some of his supporters but we were right. This guy cost us a great chance for a playoff spot.

We would've been forced to start McGahee from Week 1 instead of waiting till Week 5 to pull the trigger on Henry and it would've gotten us at least 2 more victories.

It's not Henry's fault he couldn't get the job done better then Willis. It's Donahoe and Mularkey that's to blame for giving him a shot when Willis was clearly the better runner.

We were terrible on offense till Willis came in. His extra spark would've been good enough to get us at least two of the wins between the Jaguars, Raiders and Jets.

Not only did we piss our season away for sticking with him but we also lost out on the value we would've received in a trade. We'll be lucky to get a 3rd rounder now that he broke his leg.

who were you going to trade him to?

Who or what were we going to get back?

The same teams that were going to let us jump ahead of the Steelers in the draft to get Big Ben for minor costs?

It takes two to trade. I'm sure if we asked for a 5th rounder people would have jumped on it.

Right, trade away your #1 RB for someone who had some success in preseason and hadn't played the prior season. Trade away the player that the team had an abundant amount of respect by his teammates. Like Dozer said who was calling TD looking to get him and what were they offering if they were?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't repeat myself.

I know Miami called early on- would he take a 4th or 5th rounder from the fish for Henry?

Would he be happy if Miami was 5-6 right now watching Henry get 90-100 yards per game for the fins?

Geesh. If he walks away next year as a FA we get a compensatory pick- maybe as high as a 3rd or 4th anyway. So why get rid of him sooner???Is there a 3rd or 4th rounder impact player out there that puts us in a playoff spot?
