I really like his creativity. The Seattle game was probably the best example of his trickery.

Considering we really don't have any measurable change in talent compared to when man-boobs was here, we're yards ahead of that painful era.

Mularkey just might be a keeper. :up:

Has the players motivated
Has a great staff around him
Learning to use his personnel wisely
So far, has used gadget plays wisely
Makes much better mid-game adjustments than the previous coaching staff

Negatives-
Lack of experience definitely comes through at times, but this is improving
While the mid game adjustments are good, sometimes I think the team could be a little more prepared coming into the game, especially on D.

Overall, I'm happy with him so far and think he's a significant improvement over manboobs. Even if the Bills lose the next 4, he still tied last year's record.

I will be the first to admitt, that I was kinda dissapointed with his hiring at first, but I really like what I see.

I think he has done a good job. It took a little while for the team to come together but I rather have the team peak early in the season then at the beginning like last year.
