All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Jennings came back in, but I think Price stayed in for Big Mike.
Also, did anyone get an update on Campbell.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
It appears that Big Mike was riding the bike in the second half. No update yet on any player. Jennings will be fighting the left shoulder problem the rest of the season
No Kidding! If big Mike sat on a regular sized seat it would get stuck in his ass
I actually never understood why they make the seats on exercise bikes so wide. Those seats are nothing like you would find on a typical road bike or mountain bike, it is impossible to get yourself into an optimal riding position with those things.
Listening to the radio broadcast of the game (I had to watch a tape later) they said Mike was trying to get his knee to loosen up. He was unsuccessful. Haven't heard anything since.
A few years ago Billy Conaty was starting at center and played through a good part of the season with a separated shoulder that was bad enough to require off season surgery and was termed bad enough to be possibly career threatening. Conaty didn't have a whole lot of talent, but he was a tough son of a gun.
I agree with you about Conaty; he also appeared to be fairly smart which is important for a Center. I think Conaty was signed by a team as a midseason replacement by someone. I remember reading about it and forget to post a note so I forgot what team.
According to Empire, Williams, Campbell and Euhus have all had MRIs on their knees, and will have the results on Wednesday. Jennings has a bad shoulder which he reinjured Sunday.
