No regular season, but Let every team into the playoffs. Seed them according to finish last year. 5-game series' in the first round, and then we're down to the usual 16 teams, then playoffs as usual.

sounds like fun...

of course the Sabres would win, and we would forever have an asterisk next to our city's only major sports championship victory (we all know thats how it works now, don't we?)

Disband hte NHLPA, Hire Replacement Players (Hold Tryouts at all the Arenas For Major Teams), if thats the case i'll take hte 2 hour drive to Carolina and be the NHL's Leading Lock Out Scorer :)
