The Steelers have alot of injuries and Big Ben has been HUMAN, plus has a thigh bruise that kept him out of practice this week. TE J. Riersma caught a nice pass for a TD Sunday but is out for the season (knee injury) and now Plaxico is out for the game (Strain) which is major production loss.

Can the Jets pull this one off? Chad is healthy but Abraham is out of the game.. Vilma is a beast and can keep Duece contained.. Steelers wont win if they dont get the Bus involved to wear down the Jet Defense.

Should Bills fans want the Jets to knock off the Steelers and hope the Ravens can beat Pitts also in week 16 so they aren't playing for Homefield throughout against us in week 17?

We need the Ravens to lose two, so we'd probably be better off rooting for the Steelers against both teams. Our best bet is that NE drops one more, which means Pitt has the tiebreaker if they win out until they play us, and the game won't mean anything to them.

It wouldn't hurt us if the Jets totally tank, but that's not likely. Any Baltimore loss is certainly a plus. Provided we get past Cleveland, Cincy, and SF (One game at a time, fellas), I would be greatly surprised if Cowher rests many starters, if any at all. The tougher the Steelers play us on Jan. 2 and how the team responds to the challenge should give us a better feel for how much this team has progressed and Matured under Mularkey. I like the progress we've shown. It took Mularkey a while, like most rookie HCs, to get a real feel for what he has and what his players can do. If we do get to 10-6, it might just demonstrate how pathetic the previous coaching staff really was.

Even if the Jets tank, their AFC record will be better. DENVER has to tank.

To be honest and just saying for the point of it, We win out up to the Steelers. And they need this game for playoff position. This will be quite a gauge to use to rank our team. Plus since it won't be such a family love fest at the stadium (NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE), The crowd will be LOUD . And maybe Mr. Rookie will get rattled. We'll see what happens

I think it is likely that there will be a lot of Steelers fans in stands at final game. Season tickets are impossible to get for Steelers (ask R. Rich, he has been trying for his wife) so they go to all of the local games and Buffalo is very local for Steelers fans.

It will not be the typical Buffalo crowd but the idiots doing the wave while Bills were on offense will stay home.

Actually if the jets tank as long as they don't beat new england we'll win the tie breaker on better record against common opponents, assuming we win out.

teams in the same divison have 14 common games so that moves ahead of conference record for divisional tiebreaks.
