Well, everybody!Welcome to Fat Tony's 2002 BFZ Fantasy Football championship tournament.

The Champion will win $1500 of Fat Tony's ZoneBucks, 2nd place runner up will receive $500 ZoneBucks.

Here is how the brackets were seeded. Seeds #1-6 were given to the Division leaders in both leagues. They were ranked by record first, then by total points scored. Teams 7 and 8 were the current Wild Card holders (1 team from each league). The top 8 seeds were given a first round bye in the tournament.

Seeds 9-24 were determined by record first, then by total points.
Minor seeding adjustments were made to accomodate multiple team owners.


Tough break for EE. A 7 game win streak has him tied with ebenezer for the division lead in BFZ#1, but at 8-3 he loses out on both the divisional tie breaker, and to the Wild Card tie breaker.

In BFZ#2, his 7-4 record puts him in a 3 way tie for the division lead, but again his squad falls short in both divisional and wild card tie breakers. OUCH!!

In a bizzare seeding quirk, the Aero Planes get the #6 seed despite having the 11th best record in the tourney- thanks to leading the pathetic West Division in BFZ#1.

But don't let the record fool you. They are the highest scoring team in the tourney.

Interesting matchup in Rd #1- Fat Pansies vs the Mean Sharks- The Sharks have been on fire, while the Fat Pansies are the best team in the bracket. Winner of that opening rd game could make noise all the way to the final 4
