That's not what they are saying at all. The lines are set based on how people bet...which does reflect the quality of the teams...but the lines are not set based on the quality of the teams.

The link you gave lists a number of casinos and who they have favored and by what. Due to Palmer's injury, most Casinos have not even put a line up yet.


The only casino / sports book listed with the Bills favored on your link is "Stations" and they allready have fallen to a 1.5 point game.
