    Volek

    PASSING
    CP/AT YDS TD INT
    B. Volek 29/43 426 4 0

No wonder why teams including TD wanted this guy. Hopefully JP will not disappoint when his time comes.

He chose to stay with the Titans so not sure we were really in control here. We had an offer on the table.

Remember he played the mighty Chief defense... That could tend to pad his stats, not saying he isn't up and coming, cuz putting those numbers up in an NFL game is truly an accomplishment...

I agree to some extent. He did kill us last year.3

      E. Kinney 2 10 0 8

Bennet had 233 yds and Volek was still able to distribute some passes for huge yds.

Yeah he did. The Titans are facing a crossroad with McNair's injury prone history and the emergence of Volek.

The guy's had what - two or three good games now? Let's not make him the next Peyton Manning.

I unconditionally guarantee that JP will be WAY better than Volek, who has an underwhelming arm.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I have yet to read any post implying he's the next Peyton Manning.

People are talking like Peyton Maning is the next Joe Montana and that's ridiculous.

That IS ridiculous. Montana couldn't carry Peyton's jock.

Eli isn't playing any better than McCown. He should call his Daddy to help him out.

Yeah, without Daddy, Eli would be warming the pines in sunny San Diego instead of getting his butt whipped in New Jersey.

Don't we all hope the kid is a Giant bust, because of Daddy's arrogance?

Volek has YET to prove he is a consitent NFL quarterback.

While we were looking at him last year, he had essentially one (correct me if im wrong) good start.

Remember the last QB we got who had just one good game?

I think we did the right thing by drafting a QB.......

From one perspective I can understand the entire 'not wanting to play in SD' issue, from the other he should have been grateful he was drafted by a pro football team and played his heart out. He comes off as too much of a prima donna...

yea, the bastard kept throwing to Bennett costing me my fantasy playoff game...if he screws up against Denver and loses the game hurting the Bills chances for the post season he will be right up there with Wycheck and his forward pass as despised Titan players...
