I think having a real buffalo (bison) is a great idea. A White Buffalo no less! It said in the article it was 1 of 2 in the U.S., and IMO what this bison leaves behind after a big meal is better than Billy Buffalo.

Didn't the Bills use a real Buffalo in the 80s? I think his name was Harvey Wallbanger, Seriously. They'd bring him out before the game.
