View Full Version : It was London Fletcher's fault....

...that a gimp-legged journeyman like Green was able to limp into the endzone for the winning score last week. He was backed off too far in coverage and should have easily made the play to stop Green from getting in for the score...just my opinion.

It was Drew Bledsoes fault for throwing that last INT...what was he thinking throwing it long? .....just my opinion.

For once I agree with you WToast. That was not a smart play on KG and Drew's part. They should have dinked an dunked to get into fieldgoal position and run the clock down. But it was still Fletcher's fault that Green scored on that run..it didn't have nothing to do with Drew.

I agree on both counts! They should not have been going deep and Fletcher was no where to be seen on Greens run. Whats up Church?

We could have ran Travis Henry all day on the Chiefs, and easily won, there was no need for us to be passing on them on our final drive.

Drew didn't throw the ball far enough.

London missed Green a couple of times.

London missed Holmes the entire last drive. Every play. Sickening.

Price was open. There was nothing wrong with taking a shot there. Drew just underthrew it.

Yeah, and he's missed a few other people too over the course of the season.

TT is right. Fletcher was not even on the screen at that point. That's his tackle and stop!

The problem all day was the red zone offense...too many passes. Period.

Back to the topic, Fletcher has been disappointing all year for what I expected.

North of the Mason-Dixon line sucks copiously.

{only my opinion y'all....}:badangel:

It wasn't all Fletcher's fault....can we talk about sloppy play and penalties?

It was a team loss. Defense was good in 1st half. 2nd half they couldnt stop anyone. The offense should have put up a ton of points the way they played. Instead got FG's.

If any one of a dozen different things had been just a little different we would have beaten the Chiefs. If Watson hadn't been called for interference, if Gilbride had run Henry in the red zone more, if Bledsoe hadn't thrown long on that last pass and that's just the beginning. The trouble is all those things did happen and there's nothing we can do about it now. The Bills just have to go into the next game and play better, well enough so that one bad call or one bad play won't be the difference.
